Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.
Create work orders and schedule appointments for service.
Communicate via phone and email in response to questions, problems, and complaints including follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service.
Ensure customer data is up to date by confirming address, phone, email, etc.
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval.
Process payments and handle cash transactions Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
Requirements:

Cash handling experience is a plus.
