Responsibilities:
Performs intake assessments on all clients.
Timely and complete medical record documentation Uses clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively.
Oral and written communication skills to convey patient progress and needs.
Nursing care plan and implementation Ability to be on call for patients and staff.
Participation in multi-disciplinary treatment team Provision of in-service education for staff as requested.
Participation in Peer Review process Ability to work well with the Medical Director and carry out physician orders.
Adherence to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and Joint Commission regulations and standards Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Two or more years of service or sales experience Excellent driving record is required Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation is REQUIRED Must hold valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
Compensation:

Work Schedule:
This position is primarily night shift and may include on call duties.
