48 an hour CAPWI Head Start/CAP Early Learning Center is seeking a Center Manager for our Parke (Rockville) site.
Duties include:
oversight of the center which includes two early childhood classrooms, three childcare classrooms, and corresponding staff.
Candidate will provide mentoring to teaching staff, work on promoting high quality developmentally appropriate early childhood education practices, fully implement and enforce licensed child care regulations and Head Start performance standards, conduct monthly parent meetings, and encourage parent and community volunteering.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of an AA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
This is a full-year, full-time position with an excellent benefit package (health, dental, vision, 401K, etc.
